ICADL 2013 brought InfoQuiz 2013, a first in the ICADL conference series. InfoQuiz was presented by Informatics India Ltd., Bangalore—a three decade old Information Company and ICADL 2013 corporate partner.
InfoQuiz, a brain teaser for all the Digital Library enthusiasts, was an exciting Quiz contest open to all Infomaniacs across the world. The grand finale was held at the ICADL'2013, on the second day of the conference (10th December 2013), from 4.30 to 5.30pm.
InfoQuiz 2013 was is in two rounds.
• Round One: A global Online Quiz, open to all Information professionals. This will be conducted during the second week of October. Top three scorers will be selected from this round to participate in the final round.
• Final Round: A stage quiz during the ICADL'2013 conference.
What the winners got?
The winners of the first round got free registration for ICADL’2013. Travel and local hospitality expenses was sponsored by Informatics, the InfoQuiz organisers.
Grand Finale:
• In addition to the winners of the Online Quiz, ICADL delegates also took part in the exciting contest
• Each of the two winners of the Online Quiz were paired with one partner from the audience for the stage quiz
• The Winners of the Grand Finale took home a grand trophy and cash prizes too

InfoQuiz 2013 was conducted at ICADL on day two. The Quiz was a great success and a learning expericence both for the finalists on the stage and also for all the ICADL participants who witnessed the grand finale of InfoQuiz.
The runners were Anitha PG of IITM-K, Trivandrum and Muzamil Naikoo, Aligarh Muslim University.
