Special Lecture (12) : Leadership, Ethics & Persuasive Communication By Dr. Matthew Frank Barney Infosys, Mysore

In his role, he is responsible for all the leadership processes supporting the selection, development and succession planning of the senior-most leaders of Infosys worldwide.

Infosys has over 100,000 employees in 20 countries around the world, and is based in Bangalore, India. Dr. Barney lives and works in Mysore, India and previously held senior and global roles at The Scientific Leader, Virtual MindWorks, Sutter Health, Merck, Motorola, AT&T and Lucent Technologies.

He has authored two books, three patents and presented dozens of papers and presentations throughout Asia, Europe, and the Americas. He is a Motorola Master Black Belt and is a Certified Risk Manager by the Institute for Professional Education. He holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison; and a Masters and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa.

He delivered a talk on “Leadership, Ethics & Persuasive Communication“, at ISiM, Mysore, on the 26th of November, 2010.
